Returns & Refunds

At N2kShop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand your options.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at n2kshop@outlook.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at n2kshop@outlook.com with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Assembled or used furniture

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
